Slightly addicted to this song. Okay I am addicted to this song. I love the 70's surf psychedelic feel to it. I think I'm going to hit the records store when I go back to NY.

Xmas List.
I know that this a blog about music but I know you guys want to know me better so I'm going to share my Christmas list/ Wish List. (Believe me I will have all these things)
#1 HAIR CUT
I've been dying for a proper haircut. I haven't had my hair trimmed in over 2 months so believe me this is the perfect Xmas gift for me. The beautiful women blow have amazing haircuts that I'm really in love with. The beautiful ladies are Alyssa Milano, Jean Seberg, and Mia Farrow.
#2 Feather Earrings
I love feather earrings. I believe it just the hippie in me that's craving them.
#3 Record Player
I've been wanting a record player for the past two years now. There's something classic and very "grown up" about records players that appeal to. It's really not particle to have a record player while I'm in college. I'm away more then half the year and I believe that I will grow so attach to my record player that I will want to take it to school with me.
The Dave Brubeck Quartet - Take Five
I believe this is one of the best Jazz songs ever created. I found out that Dave Burbeck was playing at Birdland Jazz Club last month in Manhattan. When I went to buy tickets they only had seats left at the bar and you had to be 21 to sit at the bar. You can only imagin how mad I was.

It's Winter!!! So that Can only Mean One Thing...JAZZ!!!
John Coltrane - Equinox
I love Jazz and Blues during the Winter. I listen to it pretty moderately, but for some reason during the winter it makes more sense. Jazz is cool, mellow, and it makes you listen. John Coltrane is a pretty well known and popular Jazz musician. The song is called Equinox and I love how the tempo change through the piece. Notice that this song is pretty long. Most jazz songs you come across, especially if they're pre 1980 are very long in length. This was the period when the instruments were the stars and a person had to have true talent in order to record an album. The main purpose was to show case the musicians talent.
