I have to credit this song for sparking my interest in 60's and 70's music. I heard this song on the film Jackie Brown starring the beautiful and wonderful Pam Grier (who I secretly wanted to be when I was 13) and I instantly fell in love with all that is funky and soulful about the music. The group consist of brothers George and Louis Johnson who formed in1975. The vocals of both men are amazing, each with their own individual tones and pitch complements each other perfectly. Besides who can resist a song called Strawberry letter 23?
